The PENTA LASER CUTTING SWING V6020 is a cost-effective industrial fiber laser cutting system engineered for high-precision metal sheet processing, featuring a gantry-style fixed working table with a 6000 × 2000 mm cutting area and a robust fiber laser source in the ~6000 W class. The machine integrates imported high-quality core components (including fiber laser source and CNC motion elements), achieving rapid axis speeds up to ~120 m/min with acceleration around 1.5 G for efficient throughput. It delivers excellent cutting accuracy and repeatability through advanced closed-loop control and precision linear guides, making it suitable for a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. Intelligent features such as automatic sheet alignment, auto-focus cutting head with smart piercing and real-time parameter adjustment enhance cutting quality and productivity, while the cooling, pneumatic and suction subsystems ensure stable operation and material handling.
