METAL BENDING SERVICES: Our metal bending centre operates a fleet of seven CNC press brakes from ERMAKSAN and HACO, supported by an additional press brake dedicated exclusively to prototyping and development work. As an Indian–European subcontract sheet metal manufacturer, this comprehensive press brake capacity—combined with the expertise of our highly skilled operatives—enables us to deliver precision metal bending services across a wide spectrum of component sizes, complexities, and production volumes.

What is CNC metal bending or press braking?

Metal bending, metal folding or press braking, CNC metal bending, also known as press braking, is a manufacturing process used to bend or fold sheet metal into precise shapes and forms. The process involves applying controlled force to the material using a top tool (punch) pressed into a bottom tool, commonly referred to as a V-die.

By selecting different tooling combinations, a wide variety of bends, angles, and formed features can be produced with high accuracy and repeatability. CNC control ensures consistent results, precise positioning, and efficient production across both simple and complex components.
