Metal bending, metal folding or press braking, CNC metal bending, also known as press braking, is a manufacturing process used to bend or fold sheet metal into precise shapes and forms. The process involves applying controlled force to the material using a top tool (punch) pressed into a bottom tool, commonly referred to as a V-die.
By selecting different tooling combinations, a wide variety of bends, angles, and formed features can be produced with high accuracy and repeatability. CNC control ensures consistent results, precise positioning, and efficient production across both simple and complex components.

HACO ERMS30150
The HACO ERMS30150 (also referenced as HACO ERM 30150/EuroMaster-S 30150 in many listings) is a robust hydraulic CNC press brake engineered for precision sheet-metal bending in industrial fabrication environments.
